At pixelbookz, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every digital purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which replacements or refunds may be provided for digital products.
1. Digital Products
a. Non-Refundable Policy
All digital products sold on pixelbookz, including downloadable files, graphics, templates, software, courses, and e-books, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Because our products are digital in nature, access to the files cannot be revoked after download or delivery, and therefore refunds cannot be issued.
b. Exceptions
If your digital product is defective, inaccessible, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us at support@pixelbookz.com within 7 days of your purchase. Our support team will review the issue and, depending on the situation, we will either:
Provide a replacement file or new access link, or
Offer technical assistance to resolve the issue.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases when the issue cannot be resolved or the product cannot be delivered as promised.
c. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If the product is still not received, contact support@pixelbookz.com with your order details, and we will promptly resend or restore your access.
2. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved but you haven’t received it after the stated processing period:
Check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
